We work with a small, senior team. Allen is the lead and photography all weddings. For larger timelines, we add a second photographer (and sometimes an assistant) to cover multiple angles and family groups efficiently. If illness or an emergency occurs, we have an equivalent-level replacement on call. All editing is done in-house to keep the look and colour consistent, no matter who is shooting.
Because I want you forget the time on your wedding day.
We care deeply about image quality, and even more about how you feel on the day. Peace of mind is the heart of a wedding. Hour caps create pressure and limit creativity, so our collections are built around wedding types.
With 1,000+ weddings behind us, we know how to make an efficient timeline, so you can stay calm – that’s when the best photos happen.
I believe only very few people are truly relaxed and completely free of nerves before their wedding. So we won’t tell you to “stay calm”. A good photographer will remove the reasons that makes you feel you can’t.
Our team works diligently to deliver high-quality results promptly.
I take on a limited number of weddings each year to protect quality and service. For peak Saturdays (Sep–Nov, Jan–May), please enquire 12–18 months in advance; weekdays or winter dates are often available 6–9 months out.
Last-minute? Message me
A pre-wedding shoot allows you to become comfortable in front of the camera, builds rapport with your photographer, and results in a set of beautiful images that can be used for save-the-date cards, invitations, and, of course, your wedding photo album.
It’s less about how long a photographer “takes” and more about how much time your day allows. We plan by milestones—not minutes—and build a calm, realistic run sheet around your ceremony, travel, and light.
Typical flow:
We also pad in short breaks so first-timers can reset and enjoy the day.
A common outline:
Even after the reception begins, we’ll quietly flag great opportunities—like a killer sunset or dramatic clouds—for a quick 15 minute step-out.
Bottom line: the time for location photos follows your plan. Explore our gallery for venue ideas, and get in touch—we’ll tailor a run sheet that fits your day and keeps things calm.
Different photo studios have different shooting styles. Different photographers and videographers may also have their own manner of working. For us, it is more ideal to work with familiar faces as it will be more efficient and will reduce any friction while working. Also, here are some pros and cons to help you decide.
Familiar co-workers, easy communication, and more efficient work
We frequently hear of stories where conflict with other company photographers and videographers have had a strong impact on their work, resulting in the client not receiving their desired wedding photos or videos. If the photographer and videographer are from the same company, these occurrences rarely happen.
Communication between photographer and videographer are much smoother and more consistent
Different studios have their own schedule and arrangements. If you do not wish to coordinate between your photographer and videographer on the day of the wedding and have a headache over different results in the photos compared to the wedding video, then choosing your photographer and videographer from the same company is most ideal for you.
Photo and video style will be the same (simplify photography process)
Many photographers have varying styles to videographers. Under these circumstances, because of the difference in source materials, the photographer and videographer must spend the same amount of time, thus wasting half of their work hours waiting on each other.
Cost effective
Often, if you hire your photographer and videographer from the same company, they offer special discounts or prices. If you purchase a package, it will be even more price friendly.
Coordinated work attire – more professional look
Due to the staff on set being in different work attire, your overall wedding veneer.
Different photographers and videographers can share ideas, inspiration and learn from each other. They will be exposed to different materials and create a completely new style of work.
Clear personal style
If you have a clear style of photo or video in mind, and don’t have many requirements for the latter, then it would be beneficial for you to choose two separate companies to balance your budget
