FAQ
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely.
We love travelling and are always excited to photograph weddings and sessions in new places. Whether it’s a local destination or somewhere on the other side of the world, we’d love to hear about your plans.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 12–18 months in advance, especially for popular dates during peak wedding season. (Sep ~ April in Australia)
However, every wedding is different, so it’s always worth reaching out, even if your date is just around the corner. If we’re available, we’d love to be part of your day.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Absolutely. We offer a carefully curated range of albums and prints designed to preserve your memories.
Please visit our Album page to learn more about the options available.
How will you deliver the photos? Through an online link or a USB drive?
All final images are delivered in high resolution and carefully presented on a personalised USB drive, allowing you to archive, print, and enjoy your photographs at their highest quality for years to come.
In addition, you’ll receive access to a private online gallery, making it easy to view, download, and share your images with family and friends anywhere in the world.
How long do you keep our photos for?
We typically keep your wedding photographs for up to 12 months after your wedding.
We also strongly recommend creating multiple backups as soon as you receive your USB. Storing copies on an external hard drive and a secure cloud service is the best way to keep it safe.
Can I send you a 'must-have' photo checklist before the wedding?
Absolutely. We encourage couples to provide a list of important family group photographs to ensure no key people are missed on the day.
When it comes to the rest of your wedding photography, we prefer to focus on capturing genuine moments as they naturally unfold. Rather than working from a long shot list, we use our experience to anticipate meaningful moments and tell the story of your day in an authentic way.
If there are any particularly important details, traditions, or moments you’d like us to be aware of, we’d love to hear about them
If my wedding runs late, can I pay for extra hours on the day? How much is it per hour?
Our coverage is based around your wedding day, not the clock, and we never want you to feel rushed or worried about us leaving during an important moment.
If your timeline runs slightly behind, we are generally happy to accommodate it. In most cases, extensions of up to 40 minutes are complimentary. For additional coverage beyond that, extra time can be arranged at a rate of $400 per hour.
Our priority is always to ensure the story of your day is captured properly from beginning to end.
How long can i receive my wedding photos and video?
Within 48 hours of your wedding, we’ll send you a selection of sneak peeks to share with family and friends.
Your full wedding gallery is typically delivered within 4 weeks of your wedding day. Wedding films are usually delivered within 10 weeks of the wedding, or from the date we receive your final music selections.
We always focus on quality over speed, ensuring every photograph and film receives the care and attention it deserves.
